2 to 4 working days anywhere in South Africa once it is dispatched. We do not promise a dispatch day - you get a waybill by WhatsApp the moment the parcel leaves us, so you always know where it stands. Nothing ships over weekends.

Will this fit my car?

We have properly measured four vehicles so far - Hilux, Ranger, D-Max and 3 Series - and those show a fitment list on the product page. For anything else, WhatsApp us a photo of your boot or dash and we will tell you honestly. We would rather say we do not know than guess.

Do you fit gear I bought somewhere else?

Yes, but we check it first. If it is underspecced, damaged or the wrong thing for your car, we will tell you before it goes in rather than warranty an install around bad gear.

How long does an install take?

Head unit or speaker swap, about a day. Full sound system, 1 to 4 days. Custom enclosures and fabrication, 3 to 5 days. ECU tuning, 1 to 2 days. It depends on your car and the queue - we confirm at booking.

What is covered by the warranty?

12 months on amps, head units and subs. 6 months on replacement coils and standard boxes. Custom boxes are excluded. It does not cover blown coils from overpowering, water damage, or damage from an incorrect install someone else did.

Can I return something?

7 days on unfitted, unused goods. You pay the return courier if you have changed your mind; we pay if it is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Custom enclosures cannot be returned - they are cut for your car.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Checkout works as a guest. You can track the order with your order number and email afterwards.

Is delivery really free over R5 000?

Yes, anywhere in South Africa. Under that it is R150 flat. Collection from Standerton is always free.

Do you have a dyno?

No. We do not have one and we will not imply otherwise. ECU figures are measured on the Hilux 2.8 GD-6 only. Everything else is shown as an estimated range, not a promise.
