Shipping policy
We deliver anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy, or you can collect your order free from our workshop in Standerton.
What delivery costs
- R150 flat per order, anywhere in South Africa.
- Free on orders of R5 000 or more.
- Free collection from our Standerton workshop on any order.
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We only deliver within South Africa.
When your order leaves us
In-stock orders placed before 12:00 on a working day usually leave the same day. Orders placed later leave the next working day. Nothing ships on weekends or public holidays.
Some items are ordered in from our suppliers when you buy them. If something you ordered isn't in our workshop, we'll contact you with the lead time. If you'd rather not wait, you can cancel that item and we'll refund you in full.
How long delivery takes
Delivery with The Courier Guy usually takes 3–7 working days after your order leaves us. Outlying areas can take a little longer.
When your parcel is handed to the courier you'll get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, and a WhatsApp message too if you gave us your number.
Collecting from our workshop
Choose Pickup at checkout. Please wait for our message saying your order is ready before you come in, usually within 2–4 working days.

Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Closed weekends and public holidays.
Bring your order number. If someone else collects for you, let us know their name first.
When your parcel arrives
Please check the parcel when it's delivered. If the box is damaged or something is missing, note it on the courier's waybill if you can, take photos and tell us as soon as possible. We're responsible for your order until it's delivered, so we'll sort it out with the courier and repair, replace or refund the item.
Delivery problems
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If the courier can't deliver and the parcel comes back to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery; a second delivery may be charged at cost.
Workshop fitment
Items you want fitted in our workshop don't need to be shipped. Fitment is quoted per vehicle and booked with you separately on WhatsApp.
